Dear Parents/Guardians:
We will be distributing Report Cards on Wednesday, March 02nd, 2016. The Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 03rd, 2016 during the following hours:
Afternoon: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Evening: 5:00pm - 7:30pm
Translators will be available for you if needed. Teachers will not be available to see parents between 3:00pm-5:00pm. All children will be dismissed at 11:30am on Thursday, March 03rd. Lunch will be served for children before they are dismissed.
There will be NO Extended School Day or ISS Afterschool Program on Thursday, March 03.
Children should be picked up on time (11:30am) so that the teachers can prepare for the meetings with you. We hope to see you on that day!
