Dear Class Parents,
The P.S.130 Annual Fundraising Banquet is less than a couple of months away to be held on Friday, May 16, 2014. Due to the success from our auction last year, we would like to host it again this year.
We are asking each class to participate in order to make it a successful event. We would like the Class Rep or one of the parents from the class to coordinate within their own class. This will help alleviate the burden on the teachers.
This year, we ask that a Maximum of two Gift Baskets be submitted due to space constraints. These will be on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, so please email us as early as possible to let us know if your class has decided to submit a basket. In addition, we have enclosed a list of Suggestions that your classes may want to use:
1. Broadway Show Tickets
2. Sports Game Tickets with a few items showing Team Spirit
3. Weekend Stay at Foxwoods Casino or Atlantic City
4. Food Lover's Ensemble includes a Gift Certificate for a Dinner for 4, Afternoon Tea at a Japanes Tea House,Gift Card for a Bakery
5. Sunset Cruise including Dinner and a Show
6. 2 Day Getaway to the Poconos or Lake George
7. Movie Night Package including tickets for a family of 4 and a Gift Card for the Concession Stand
8. Membership to a Fitness Club( Yoga, Pilates)
9. Use of a Timeshare for a quick getaway
10. Music Lessons or Enrichment Classes for your Little Ones
11. Summer Fun for the Family could comprise of Day Passes to Six Flags Great Adventure or Day Passes to the Zoo or Aquarium
12. Day Trip of Hiking nearby in the Catskills and/or Weekend Stay at a nearby Camping Site
13. Day of Pampering including several treatments for Mom at a Spa in the City
