Dear Parents and Guardians of Pre-K to 5th
Graders,
There will be a Special Meeting of the Parents’
Association on Monday October 19, 2020 at 8:45 AM hosted on
Zoom.
This meeting will address the following:
· PA Executive Board Election for the 2020-21 school year
o Co-Presidents (2), Co-Vice Presidents (2), Co- Treasurers (2), Co- Secretaries (2)
o The only qualification for all offices is that the candidate be a parent of a child enrolled
· PA Executive Board Election for the 2020-21 school year

in PS 130M.
o Term limits for each officer position for the PA shall be three consecutive one year terms. A parent may be elected to a fourth year in the same office provided no other parent is
