                                Minutes to PS 130M PA Special Meeting October 19, 2020

Attendance: Mr. Fong, Kaitlin Fuchs, Yanna Xu, Robert Ng, Damian Driver, Kathy Leung, Gloria Tsang, Lisa Wong, Yvonne Moy, Stephanie Lee-Wong, Charlie Zheng, Jamie Gautier, Angie Lin, Bridget Mikes, Charlotte Wong, Jennie Yin 

Meeting Commence: 8:45 AM

1. Fill out Attendance Sheet – Welcome Election Chair: Rob Ng
2. PA Executive Board Election 2020-21 school year
   1. Co-Presidents (2 Positions) – Self Nominated & Elected: Kaitlin Fuchs, Yanna Xu
   2. First and Second Vice President (2 Positions) – Self Nominated & Elected: Kathy Leung (1st VP), Stephanie Wong (2nd VP)
   3. Co-Treasurers (2 Positions) – Self Nominated & Elected: Damian Driver and Gloria Tsang
   4. Co-Secretary (2 Positions) – Self Nominated & Elected: Angie Lin, Jaimie Gautier
3. SLT Election (School Leadership Team)
   1. 6 Positions available – 1 Co-President to serve as a member – Kaitlin Fuchs will serve this role
   2. Stephanie Wong and Charlie Zheng self-nominated
4. Election of Title 1 PAC Chairperson and Alternate
   1. as stated in September, we are a Title 1 School-Wide Program
      1. Every student and Parent is part of Title 1
      2. Title 1 PAC represents whole Parent Community, participates with SLT in joint review,
         planning and improvement of school’s title 1 program
      3. Participates in development, revision and review of the parent and family 
         engagement policy
      4. PAC will consult with SLT and communicate with all parents
      5. Chairperson will lead this charge; if not there will be an alternate
   2. Charlie Zheng self-nominating for PAC Chairperson
   3. Stephanie Lee-Wong self-nominated for Alternate
5. PA fundraisers for 2020-21 school year approved - No school in any of the 5 boroughs are allowed to plan any in-person events this year (due to current conditions of pandemic)

   2. Photos
   3. Spirit Clothing
   4. Virtual Scholastic Book Fair
   5. Virtual Gala
   6. Virtual Holiday Show
   7. Annual Ask (suggestion donation $200)
6. Budget for 2020-21 school year approved
   1. voting needs to occur for any shortfalls to come from savings
   2. will be sharing treasury report from September and October at the November meeting, and
      monthly thereafter
7. Final Announcements:
   1. Nov 3 Election Day: Fully remote for all
   2. Next General Meeting: Thursday, November 5, @ 8:45am
