Joe – welcomes our principal Mr. Fong.

Principal remarks –
Thank you, Joe & the PA, for all their support, without them we wouldn’t be where we are now.

At SLT today we talked about Summer Rising and how it will not be held here at PS. 130 this year. The Summer Rising sites will be at PS. 124, PS. 126, PS. 276 (zoned for PS. 130). It’s a little far away, we are going to see if we can get a shuttle bus. Everything isn’t set yet.

PS. 130 will go under some upgrades on the roof of the kindergarten side and they will be breaking ground in the spring.

We received a $100k ARESO Grant to upgrade our technology, we will be purchasing new computers and equipment.

Lily – where will CPC go? CPC will be at PS. 276 because they do not have a CBO there, so we be there.

Carmen – Will ISS be here? ISS won’t be able to be here either. Maybe they can find or try another school for the summer.

Thank you for coming.

Joe – Any questions or concerns?

Closing time – 9am – next general meeting will be March 7, 2024.
